    • put a non-stick skillet on med high
    • spay the skillet with cooking spray
    • placea max of 6 gyoza on the skillet with the folded side up
    • after 30 seconds put at least 2 tablespoons of water iin the pan and cover
    • Wait for all the water to be gone and remove the lid
    • Cook gyoza until the bottoms achieve the crispness to your liking
    • Remove and enjoy with your favorite sauce or by itself
  • Combine equal parts soy sauce, rice vinegar, and a splash of sesamee oil (you can substitue spicy sesamee oil for a little heat)
